How it works

    Sign up and set up

    You submit your products in the portal. We set them up in GS1: item data, EAN codes, packaging and images.

  2. 02

    Recording prices

    We record your purchase prices and process price changes.

  3. 03

    Receiving orders

    Albert Heijn stores order directly from you. We forward Gall & Gall orders to you.

  4. 04

    Delivering

    You deliver direct to the store. We record the delivery in the administration.

  5. 05

    Invoicing

    Send your invoice to Van Bieren within 48 hours of delivery. We handle invoicing to the retailer.

In the supplier portal you can view your product range, submit new products and update prices. You can also track your orders. If you have a question or something needs attention, you have one regular contact.

Frequently asked questions

Do I deliver to the store or to the distribution centre?

Usually you deliver direct to the store (called RZ at Albert Heijn). Delivery through the distribution centre is also possible, with a fixed listing.

Do I get fixed shelf space?

Local products have a listing with the chain, but no fixed shelf space. Each store decides what goes on its local shelf.

How do I sign up?
